Warranties/Damaged/Defective
Be sure to inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping
related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under
manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative
before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
Return and Exchange Policies
PLEASE NOTE: If an item you received was damaged, please contact the
shipping carrier. Do not return the item to us or the vendor. All items are sent
in perfect condition in adequate packaging. You must contact the shipping
carrier for reimbursement.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us by e-mail within 15
days of the order date and have your order number available. Before the
item(s) can be returned, you must give us the full reason as to the reason of
return and get a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with a return
form.
After getting approval for the return,
1. Completely fill out the return form and make a copy for your own records. You
must send a copy of the ORIGINAL sales receipt, or else we will not honor your
return.
2. Return all new/unused product(s) in their original packaging within 15 days.

shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - there
are NO refunds on handling/shipping charges.
NO RETURNS ON USED, MOUNTED, OR SCRATCHED PARTS. Please check fitment before
mounting or installing any parts.
Shipping & Handling Polices
We do our best to ship the merchandise as soon as we possibly can. The time
frame for delivery given are just estimates. We will update your online order
status once we have your tracking number(s) or if there is a delay (which we
will give you an updated time frame). This estimate does not include weekends
or holidays. Many of the products are fullfilled via drop ship. We may
subsitute shipping methods or carriers with similiar service at our discretion.
There is a nominal handling fee for certain items.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping accommodations (Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) are available
for extra cost. If the option for expedited shipping is unavailable in the menu
for the product and you have expedited shipping on other items, you will be
contacted to resolve if you want to split up the shipping two ways or ship it
all at once (there will be a difference in shipping cost applied).
Saturday delivery is not available.
Backorder Policy
Backorders can occur when the demand for certain items may overwhelm the
manufacturers ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations
like this, we make every effort to to cross-reference the part to a comparable
manufacturers line. If cross-referencing is not an option, and you have to wait
for a part, we will not bill you until that part is shipped to you. If the
backordered item happens to be part of a larger order that has already been
shipped to you, you will not incur any extra charges. Note: Due to variations in
manufacturer shipping times, active backorders are kept open for a maximum of 45
days. If we have not received the item from the manufacturer after this time, the
backorder will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order or substitute a
similar item.
Special Order Policy
Some products that we offer are special order or can have certain products
special ordered for you. These items are not carried in stock for various
reasons. You will be charged 100% of the total cost for the special order items.
Notification will be sent on estimated stock date, ship date, and a tracking
number after the item(s) have been shipped. No exchanges, refunds, or store
credit will be issued on any special order item. |
